Hi @Aditya937,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I'd be happy to help you.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your HP Neverstop Laser 1200W printer. Error 36 is not a known specific error code, but blurry prints could be due to several reasons, such as hardware issues or settings configuration.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Check the Toner Level: Ensure that the toner level is adequate. Even with an indication of adequate toner, sometimes the imaging drum might need replacing if the quality is poor.

Printer Settings: Verify that the printer settings on your computer match the type of paper you are using. Incorrect settings can lead to print quality issues.

Clean the Printer: Perform a cleaning of the printer’s internal components. Dust and toner can sometimes settle in the printer and cause print quality problems.

Firmware Update: Ensure that the printer has the latest firmware installed. You can do this by visiting the Official HP® Support for updates specific to your model.

Check the Print Quality Settings: Access your printer’s properties and check if the print quality settings are appropriately set. Sometimes setting it to a ‘higher quality print’ mode can resolve blurriness.

Reset the Printer: Try resetting the printer to clear any temporary issues that may be causing the error.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
