I have a printer that has been working great. I bought a new (HP Genuine parts) toner and it has been printing consistent dots up and down the page since I installed it. The dots are 25.5mm apart, which implies that it is the toner cartridge that has some foreign particles on the Developer roller (I've done a lot of research and this seems to be the case). I have a Mac and have not been able to print a clean page. I've tried hand-cleaning the toner, but it won't fix. This has been consistent for many pages since I installed the new cartridge.  I am running Mac Sonoma (by the way, that is not an option in the dropdown box here). There's no way to talk with HP because they think I'm trying to connect with them about a printer that's no longer warranted but this isn't about a printer - it's about their new toner cartridge.

Have you contacted the vendor? HP usually empowers vendors to exchange defective toners for customers.
