Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

Hi, I have an "HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw." There are significant issues with my printer, and even though I changed the toners the problem still persists. There is this strange webbing look across all color photos and some of the texts. The standard test page also shows inconsistent lettering. I've attached some photos. This is after performing the maintenance and cleaning onboard programs. Do you have any other guidance to fix these issues? Thanks in advance.
