I've tried HP Support Team when I first found this problem but couldn't get help because my warranty expired.

Please help me to send you information of my printer privately. Is there another option to contact you except private msg in this website?

I got my rank up here, thought maybe that would let me use private msg but I still cannot.

Now I am really really getting exhausted with all these issues and feel hopeless.
