I had issues with my printer not printing documents from my desktop, so I used the HP Print and Scan Doctor for a solution. It recommended a reset of my printer, and I went along with the instructions. I began the setup of the printer, but kept getting the message that my cartridges cannot be used because the printer is not enrolled in HP Instant Ink. Then it goes on to tell me to align the printer head, and get stuck on "Printing the alignment page..." I've tried all if not most troubleshooting methods but with no success. I simply cannot get past the alignment process, therefore cannot connect the printer to my Wi-Fi to enroll it to my HP Instant Ink account. Please help me resolve this issue.
