Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9022 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I receive emaisl on the number of prints within a current plan, including a link to review additional options, however when I login there's no printer part of a plan, whilst I'm still pay for 300 copies/month

In addition last year I received great help about reinstating the Instant In Program, only recently the payemnets picked up, but no plan info available
