Suddenly there's a message to remove and reinstall the black cartridge. Tried everything that's been suggested but still it is the same. Need a technical engineer at my home to resolve the issue.

 

Printer: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675

Problem Ink Cartridge: 680 Black

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue, this might require one on one interaction to fox the issue.
