HP Envy 5030

I have an ongoing issue with my colour cartridge with HP Envy 5030 printer, and it seems I'm not alone. After not using my printer for some weeks during lockdown, when I came to use it again, I started getting 'remove and reinstall indicated cartridge' error message. Every time I do a full reset of the printer it will allow 1 page, then the same message comes up. After a frustrating 2 hours on HP whatsapp, I gave up, because sure enough it worked (as I had again reset the printer). I cannot replace the cartridge as have not been sent a new one - IN 2 YEARS!! and a new one won't be sent because of the error message showing for the colour cartridge, meaning the ink level cannot be detected. I'm sure this is a faulty cartridge as I have tried everything suggested to fix the issue. 

 

All I want is a new cartridge! HP are happy to take my money each month, but I am not getting what I am paying for. 

 

Please somebody help!
