I Have the following message on the display of my HP Envy Photo All-in-One 6234 Printer "The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists , replace the cartridges" I have replaced the cartridges and the error message persists. Can anyone help

Same here! Prior to a firmware update, it was printing fine.
After firmware update for my Envy 6230 was installed, it comes up with cartridge problem error that did not exist before! It is an orginal black ink cartridge ink that was shipped from HP!!
Just read the notice on my Instant Ink account saying that they will not ship until my cartridge error is resolved, how do I resolve it?!
Just madness, I did not do anything to the cartridge or the printer at all, only one thing changed was the firmware update!

Just called HP Instant Ink support this morning and they are sending out a replacement ink cartridge as they think it is a faulty cartridge. Tried everything including printer power reset, cleaning contacts etc but all made no difference.
Only just after a firmware update that it started giving cartridge communiction error and I have checked the last shipment date for this ink cartridge, it was in 2020!
