HP ENVY 4520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have an Envy 4520 printer which is experiencing an ink cartridge error (I'm on Instant Ink cartidges). As instructed by the printer, I have tried removing and reinstalling the cartridge with no luck. I have followed the troubleshooting instructions and still have the error message.

 

Please can someone from HP let me know how I go about getting a replacement cartridge.
