Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer cartridge issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It looks like you're dealing with an ink cartridge error even after replacing them with the correct cartridges for your printer model. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue:
1. Reset the Printer
Perform a printer reset to recover from errors.
- Turn the printer off.
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord directly to a wall outlet and to the printer.
- Turn the printer on to complete the reset.
2. Reseat the Cartridges
Ensure that the cartridges are properly seated.
- Open the door to access the cartridges.
- Make sure the label on the cartridge matches the label on the carriage.
- Verify that all the cartridges are firmly in place.
3. Clean Cartridge Contacts
Clean the ink cartridge and printhead electrical contacts.
- Open the door or lid to the cartridge access area.
- Remove the cartridge indicated in the error message from the carriage.
- Wipe the copper-colored contact on the cartridge with a lint-free cloth.
- Wipe the contact inside the printhead with a lint-free cloth.
- Reinsert the cartridge into its color-coded slot.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
