Hey, my printer isn't working at all it's displaying a message saying "printer failure" I have tried all the troubleshooting options from turning it off and on again to trying to install firmware updates but nothing is working. I have looked more into it and saw that the magenta ink cartridge is not being recognized. So, what can I do, or is it a solution requiring a part replacement?

Hi @Axsalt,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with the printer failure.
If the HP Magenta ink cartridge is new and faulty, This seems like a hardware issue with the printer.
Since you have already tried the troubleshooting steps. I recommend you contact phone support for cartridge replacement or printer service if needed.
I have sent you a private message with the contact information of HP Support.
