I have recently ran out of ink and bought a new cartridge. I tried to put the new one in and it says to Install the toner cartridge although the cartridge is in the printer. Tried to do a hard restart but that didn't work. Still says the same thing. Could anyone help me?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Toner cartridge Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
