Printer cartridge problem

Purchased Envy 7134 yesterday.  Colour cartridge repeatedly says to replace and reinstall.  I have followed all the directions on line, even spoken by message to a real person.  Nothing helps.  I just want a replacement colour cartridge for the one that was in the printer when purchased.  Prints well on black.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
