When I select the "align cartridges" option under tools, it prints an alignment page that is incorrect. The small message at the bottom is illegible, and when compared to a correct, previously printed alignment page, several of the blue and black color blocks and dashes are different sizes. The printer then prompts me to scan the alignment page and when I do, it tells me the alignment was successful. But, when I try to print a document, it comes out illegible. I have just replaced the black ink cartridge this morning.
