Hi,
Recently in my every colour print, the image seems to appear with a blue tint. I checked the cartridges. I performed a print quality diagnostic and the yellow and light yellow colour section were complete white.
I performed a clean cartridges action from pc wireless 415 series toolbox application. But still the yellow colour section is complete white.
Also, yellow colour is completely filled inside my printer colour supply.
Please help!

Hi @silent_ghost33,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the issue you're experiencing with your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer. It suggests that the yellow ink might not be flowing correctly to the printhead, even though the ink supply is full. Here are some steps to help resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check Ink Tank System
Inspect the Yellow Ink Tank:
- Ensure that the ink in the yellow tank is at an adequate level and there are no air bubbles in the ink tube.
- Gently tap the tank to dislodge any air bubbles.
Prime the Ink System:
- If the ink has not been flowing for some time, use the printer's "Ink System Priming" feature to ensure proper ink flow.
- Refer to the printer's manual for instructions on priming the ink system.
Step 2: Check the Printhead
Remove and Clean the Printhead:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Open the printhead access area and carefully remove the printhead assembly.
- Use a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water to clean the electrical contacts and nozzles gently.
Reinstall the Printhead:
- Allow the printhead to dry completely, then reinstall it securely.
- Ensure it is seated correctly and locked into place.
Step 3: Run Additional Maintenance Tasks
Deep Clean the Printhead:
- From the HP software or the printer’s control panel, perform a "Deep Clean" or "Second Level Cleaning" for the printhead.
Print Another Diagnostic Report:
- After cleaning, print a diagnostic report to check if yellow is now appearing.
Step 4: Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait for at least 5 minutes.
- Plug it back in and turn it on to reset the system.
Step 5: Check for Firmware Updates Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Open the HP Smart app or go to the HP website.
- Check if any firmware updates are available for your printer. If updates are available, install them.
Step 6: Test with Another Device
If the issue persists, try printing from another device to rule out software-related problems.
Refer to this document: HP Ink Tank 310, 410 printers - Color or black ink not printing, other print quality issues
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
