Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M182-M185

Every time I print my paper creases. The paper is not loose in the paper tray. Everything is pushed in so it lays properly in tray. I bought this printer on amazon on July 12th 2020 and received it on July 17th 2020. I checked all the settings and it is on proper settings. I need help resolving this issue.

Is the paper from one particular packet or are you trying from several. Paper which has stayed too long open will become slightly wavy as it absorbs moisture from the air. When it passes between the fuser roll, the waves will flatten to become creases. If you are using from one particular packet, try using from a previously unopened pack and see if it helps.
