Hello,
I've been using my HP Envy Photo 6230 for quite a while now, without any issues. However, when I went to print something this morning I encountered an ink cartridge problem. The help page suggests pulling the plug for a minute to reset the printer and to clean the contacts on both the cartridge and the printer. Both solutions did not work.
I would simply buy a new cartridge, but I have an instant ink subscription, and this has also been stopped temporarily because the printer is unable to determine how much ink is left.
Should I contact HP for a new cartridge or are there other solutions?
