Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I put a replacement toner bought from Amazon.
The printer does not recognize them and the fault light is on.
What to do? Need original toner?

It depends on a replacement toner. Some replacement toners are higher quality than other replacement toners.

You will probably need to use an original or the one you bought is defective/not supported.
