Printer does not have option to print in colour from laptop only, no option to turn off grayscale

Recently switched to a new laptop and initially when printing on my office jet 4560 everything would print in colour. Then all of a sudden it only prints in B/W. I tried to change the printer settings like the solutions in the forum state but it doesn't give me the option to "turn off grayscale" or to "uncheck grayscale" or even to "select colour". Under Colour Options there is a dropdown that gives me 2 options: grayscale and monochrome and they both print B/W.

When I send print jobs to this printer using my phone, iPad or other laptops they all print in colour.

Not sure how to fix this, and any help would be appreciated!

Turn off grayscale OR using option Grayscale Off, printer should print in colors
