This is a recent problem. Printer has been printing fine for quite a while.
Printing blank/white lines every 1" or 1.25". Have re-installed drivers, did a complete re-installation of software, cleaned and re-aligned multiple times. Ink is official HP ink and the levels are fine. Strangely, the re-aligned sheet looks fine, but the test page and the printt diagnostic page shows the problem. (See attached). I have also included a copy of the simple graphic I have been using to test the printer after each update, cleaning or re-installation. Always looks the same - missing lines of printing. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @TanyaGT,
I'd like to help!
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
-
On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup
icon.
-
Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thank you for your help, I have done all that prior to making this post. The print quality reports, after using the HP software to clean and align ink are attached, I also already attached the print quality report I printed directly from the printer’s own menu. (Refer to photos in the original post).
i really think it is a Windows 10 update that all of a sudden caused the problem. Can’t print from either of our two Windows 10 computers. If my husband prints from an old computer with a much earlier version of Windows, it prints fine. I tried updating the drivers, even reinstalled the printer from scratch, nothing works. Even my iPad printing directly to the printer over our WiFi works. Any suggestions why Windows 10 is causing the problem - the ENVY 7155 is suppose to be compatible with Windows 10. Doesn’t HP have a fix for this. I’m not the only one? Thank you for any help you may have.

Printed using my iPad and then made a copy. Maybe there is one line across that might be light. Other than that it’s fine and not at all like what I get when I send print jobs from my computer to the printer. (Computer isn’t 2 yrs old yet, in case you might ask).

Try the steps below to resolve the color printing and print quality issue.
Follow the below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing in color.
If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
