Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet Pro 6978 is not printing color blue. The issue is not the cartridge as I have replaced it twice. Please help!

I have a similar issue, but the problem color is Red. I replaced ink cartridges, ran diagnostics, alignment, print head cleaning and secondary cleaning. All ink levels indicate OK, but still print quality, if not Black-n-White, is defective. Pretty frustrating at this point.

Hi there,

I d not see any reply in my private InBox. Could you please re-send? Also, I tried to change my email address for communication to [Private information edited].
