I reset the printer settings to defaults and now the printer does not recognize Instant Ink cartridges, I tried deleting the web service and registering the printer again, but it did not works. The ink icon and information button also flash. When I click the cancel and info buttons, nothing happens. Printer doesn't print the page with code, although the cartridges are full, what should I do? I urgently need to print docs and i cant wait 8 days for the cartridges. Can I somehow make him perceive them again?

 

I tried the methods described here, but nothing helped me

I solved the problem! It was necessary to go to the account settings and abandon Instant Ink, then go to the main menu on the hpinstantink website, refresh the page and wait 20 seconds, then restore instant ink, and the printer will accept the old cartridges!
