I am installing a new HP 7005 ink tank printer. I have just fitted the print heads and turned on the printer, I get 2 flashing print head signs on the display and then the printer dies, it will not power up. Can you help ?

I just noticed that when I plug in the printer all the indicator lights flash on for a fraction of a second but the printer does not turn on.  I have tried resetting the printer by plugging it in and  then holding the power button for more than a minute, still no power on.
