Translated from Swedish with Microsoft Translator
Attaches pictures of tones and transfer belt.
I have found that it is not just software errors.
It's the printer drum on the toner cassettes that's scratchy. Mostly on M and a little on C, where you can see color in the scratches. On K and Y there are small scratches all over the width, but no visible color in the scratches.
On the transfer belt there are a lot of color, but nothing gets transferred to the prints.
A color printout from Word shows the same stripes as from the printer drums. A printout of black text from Word is without errors.
Toner is HP original and all were changed at the same time, 2018-12-18. Could the toner have been defective from the supplier?

Hi @alvar1,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
-
On the printer control panel, press the OK button to open the menus.
-
Press the left or right arrow button (
) until Reports appears on the control panel display, and then press OK.
-
Press the left or right arrow button (
) until Diagnostic Page appears on the control panel display, and then press OK.
The printer prints a diagnostics page.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

When you copy a document on the standalone printer, does the printout have the same print quality issue?
If yes, then it's a hardware issue with the printer.
I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
