Hello!

Sorry I don’t have my printer listed above, (the form won’t let me select anything) but I have a Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw printer.

I went to print on some stickers and one got caught on the paper moving belt. Around this time my printer started dumping yellow, as in the whole page I’d try to print would be yellow. I followed a tutorial of how to remove the belt and I was able to get the sticker off and clean all the yellow off of the belt. After putting everything back together the printer wouldn’t make the page yellow but instead leave a yellow mark at the top, the photo I have attached.

I’ve tried replacing the ink cartridge with a new one and it keeps doing it. The printer shop I called said that it might be a “print head” but nothing comes up when I search for how to replace/clean the print head for the Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw.

Any and all help is appreciated!

Thanks!
