When i try to print an error comes up and says I need to be a ink member to print. I have been for yrs, unable to use my printer

If you encounter an error message prompting you to be an ink member in order to print, despite being an HP Instant Ink member for years, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Validate Membership: Ensure that your HP Instant Ink membership is active. Visit the HP Instant Ink website and log in to your account to verify your subscription status.

Printer Connection Issues: Make sure your printer is properly connected to the internet. This connection is necessary for the printer to communicate with the HP Instant Ink service.

Reset Printer: Sometimes resetting the printer can resolve various issues. Turn off your printer, unplug it for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Outdated firmware can cause compatibility issues with HP Instant Ink services. Check the HP website for the latest firmware updates for your printer model.
