I'm out of warranty so there's no phone number for me to call. I have installed new non HP print cartridges that have always worked fine in the past. I get an error that said "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists contact HP. 0x6011bed" Can anyone help?
