Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP 6020e printer failed, and they have sent me a replacement, but how do I get the ink cartridges out of the old printer, since it has no power. The cartridges are parked at the side and will not move into the position for removing them.
