Printer has not worked for 3 days. I have spent hours on removing and reinstalling printer cartridges. I have purchased new cartridges and replaced them. I have unplugged and used a wall outlet for power. None of these things work. I am extremely frustrated and discouraged.

Hi @csales1033,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I can truly understand how frustrating this must be. When you've spent hours trying everything, including replacing cartridges and restarting the printer, and it still doesn’t work, it can be incredibly discouraging. I’m sorry you’ve had to go through that, and I’m here to help get your HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One back up and running as quickly as possible.
Let’s walk through a couple of key steps to pinpoint what’s going on — and if it turns out your printer needs service or replacement, I’ll help guide you through that too.
Let’s try a full power reset (if not already done this way)
- With the printer powered on, unplug it from the wall — no need to press the power button first.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet (no surge protectors or extension cords).
- Turn the printer back on and check for any changes.
Run HP Smart App (Windows)
Since you're using Windows 11, this free HP tool can often detect and fix issues automatically.
- Download and run the HP Smart App from here:
🔗 HP Smart - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store - Follow the on-screen steps and see if it detects any cartridge, connectivity, or driver problems.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
