Try these steps:
1. Check Ink Levels:
Open the HP Smart App or the printer’s control panel to check ink levels.
Replace any low or empty cartridges.
2. Clean the Printhead:
Automatic Cleaning: Use the HP Smart App or Printer Software to find and run the Clean Printhead function.
Manual Cleaning: Remove ink cartridges and gently clean the printhead nozzles with a damp lint-free cloth. Let it dry before reinserting.
3. Align the Printhead:
Use the HP Smart App or printer settings to find and run the Align Printhead function.
