I have a HP Envy Inspire printer. Changed the black ink cartridge and go this message
The indicated cartridge are not communicating correctly with the printer, if problem persists replace cartridge.
I've tried 4 different brand new cartridges and got the same message.
Please help, I need my printer.

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Sorry I didn't reply quickly enough. I've tried everything what was given to me by this community, You Tube, HP help, etc.......
Nothing has worked. I believe the cartridge that I purchased through Amazon corrupted my printer. I've have tried 4 different new cartridges purchased at Staples ..... all with the same error.
Printer is an HP ENVY Inspire S/N: TH1AFDX04W FPU: 1W2T8 - 64001 HP Inc. PIN:592600??
