We are a user forum -- we cannot speak for HP.
My personal opinion is "No, HP will not replace your printer."
A quick check shows the 60XL ink shows available at the HP Store.
Be wary of purchasing old ink supplies from online merchants.
The printer might recognize such ink as "older generation" (outdated) and refuse to accept it.
