Product: HP DeskJet 2724 All-in-One Printer

Hi. My printer ink is full, however documents are not printing. 
I’ve downloaded the app to try and clean/align but it won’t let me, even though it’s all connected to the internet 

any help appreciated

First, you should try resetting your printer:
