Hello, I re-enrolled in HP instant ink plan and received the new cartridges. However, after replacing them, I keep getting the E0 error. Prior to re-enrolling, I had purchased hp 67 cartridge from Office Max and it had worked. The ones I received now through Instant ink subscription are 67/305 which are little longer in length, but they fit the printer. Nothing prints though as it seems like the printer is either not recognizing the new cartridges or something else is happening. I have tried all options on net but unable to still print anything.
Appreciate your help!

Hi @Rmraja
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing issues with the new cartridges.
An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.
This condition occurs when at least one ink cartridge needs attention, is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible. Reset both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.
You may also refer to this document for more details.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hello Elohi, Thank you for the response. I tried all options including cleaning the new Instant Ink cartridges contacts, replacing them, restarting the printer. I still get the same error. Wonder if incorrect cartridges were shipped. I have enrolled in instant ink service, hope the same is showing from HP's end. Not sure what else I should do to fix. Could you please help further? Appreciate it. Thanks, Raja Rao
