suddenly when I opened it prints white pages even in case of copying the page comes out blank

Hi @MonaGreece 

Sometimes when you leave the printer for a while without printing ink cartridges start to dry, and you need to clean.

 

Remove print cartridges from the printer and then please follow steps from the next video:

First remove ink cartridges:

  • Open front access door and remove ink cartridges

Then clean with the next steps:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
