Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

My printer only prints pink, orange, and yellow; all cartridges are full. This is very frustrating, as I use this printer for business. I'm not receiving any error messages. I've gone through all the maintenance, and nothing has worked. I've contacted HP, but no one has reached out. Please help. I have a Mac, and the operating system is Sonoma.
