Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having an issue with my HP DeskJet 2755e. It prints out blank pages even after I go through the steps for print quality and reinstall the drivers. There is ink in the printer. Is there something I'm missing that I need to do?

HP Recommended

Replace ink cartridge with new ones.

If the printer was unused for a longer period ink dries and you get blank pages printed.
