Product: DeskJet GT 5810

The printer is printing blank sheets when it is on plain paper setting. However it is able to print on photo paper setting. But printing documents in this setting is not feasible

HP Recommended

Defective black printhead.

When the printer is set to print on photo paper the 3 colours are used to mix and create colour close to black.
