Product: HP Office Jet Pro 8020

Ink cartridges are being reject by my HP Office Jet Pro 8020. Says the printer firmware is blocking them because of a non-HP chip.  Everything was working fine, now nothing is working. Is there a way to fix this.  I've spent the entire day trying to get help from HP Support. Download this - sorry download won't work. Sign up for this, sorry not working right now, try later.  Oops, our error, please try again.  I haven't had this printer very long, but I'm about to leave HP forever. They wouldn't even let me tag this as a cartridge problem.
