@Janique876, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your HP printer. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your printer has enough ink. Low ink levels can cause blank pages to be printed.

Clean the Printhead: Sometimes, the printhead can get clogged. You can clean it using the HP Smart app or through the printer's control panel.

Print a Test Page: This can help determine if the issue is with the printer or the document you're trying to print. You can do this via the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.

Check Cartridge Installation: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and are genuine HP cartridges.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for a few seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates via the HP Smart app or the HP website

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
