HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 8720 printer is now reverting to grey scale when I print.  Each time I print I have to go into the "printer properties" and then under the "Paper/quality" tab I have to select "off" in the Print in Grayscale box.  My printer just started doing this last week and I can't get the grayscale option to stay off.
