hello! 

I have a printer that was previously linked to another persons instant ink. is there a way to unlink the printer from them?

I understand you are facing an issue with your Instant Ink Account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

May I know if you have purchased the printer from someone If Yes then 

Please contact the 1st holder person and ask them to cancel their Instant Ink Account

No the printer was purchased for our Swim Team and the person whos account it is under is no longer with the team anymore.
