Printer - missing areas when printing

Hi I use my HP printer via my hp laptop, iPad and iPhone all of which have the same issue. The print is missing sections - I’ve replaced both cartridges, restarted from the mains and followed the tips on the virtual assistant but I still can’t get a clear print without bits being missed. Picture below of test sheet shows issues. Please can someone help.
