Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

My printer 652 cartridge, but in the store, I bought 304 that is used for 3700 series and should work too, according to the cartridge specifications.  

Is there an option to unlock it or was I mislead by the text on the box of the cartridge.

HP 652 is the only compatible cartridge for this HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 All-in-One printer. You may have mistook it for the normal HP DeskJet 3700 All-in-One printer which uses HP 304 cartridges.
