Product: HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w

HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w:

 

Printer is not asking for toner, but is pretty low. Purchased HP toner refill 143A, followed instructions.... printer will not accept the cartridge. Tried two different brands, but just get the orange warning light at the toner port. Turned off machine, unplugged it from wall and computer. plugged back in (stand alone condition) and still no luck. This is the first time I've ever attempted to add toner to this machine..... great start.
