My printer won't print (even black and white) without replacing the cyan cartridge. I replaced the cyan cartridge with a new HP cartridge. The printer says the cyan cartridge appears to be damaged. I corresponded with chat support, and they sent me another brand-new cyan cartridge. I put the new cartridge in, and the printer still says the cyan cartridge appears to be damaged. I've spent more than $200 on HP ink cartridges to fix this problem, but the printer says the cyan cartridge appears to be damaged (both brand new cyan cartridges). I have done everything, watched every video, tried the support chat tool multiple times, and I'm stuck - nothing works. Please help.

Your solution did not work at all. The link took me to a page that didn't ask the questions you numbered above. There was no web form to fill out - no way to get a case number or a phone number. No help at all. My impression of HP customer support is that it doesn't exist - I have a printer that doesn't work and I'm completely and totally on my own.
