Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp 5524 printer not printing in black. Replaced cartridge & cleaned printhead numerous times. Print diagnostic page and the black box has nothing in it at all.

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are facing issues with the printer printing in black. 

 

Update the firmware if not done already. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and are still having issues, then I recommend you contact phone support for repair/replacement.
