HP Recommended

My printer has not been printing magenta or blue ink. Only yellow and black. Despite printing several “printer head cleaning” pages the issue has not resolved. All of the cartridges have ink in them according to the printer. I don’t know what else I can do but this is very frustrating because I cannot print in color due to this issue. What else Can I try? Is there a way to fix this?

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer.  I just received the new ink cartridges through the HP ship to home program and upon installing them, this is the message I keep on getting.  I am not able to print and nothing I've tried has worked.Printer error.jpgI have a Windows 10 Pro
