I received my latest set of HP Instant Ink cartridges and installed them with no problem, but now it will not print any colors. I have tried printing a color picture from a graphics program, as well as a color PDF file from a PDF viewer program, and they both come out as B/W. I make sure the printer properties are set for Color, and have verified that the printing program does not have any options set to remove color, such as a Print B/W option. Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

This is for an OfficeJet Pro 6830 printer. I have already tried reinstalling the latest printer drivers for this printer, but that did not help. I also tried restarting the printer, but it still will not print in color, even making color copies as you suggested I try. I went through the printhead cleaning process, and the printhead aligning process, but no color showed up on any of those printouts either. It also came up with an error after the align printhead process saying it was unsuccessful. Any thoughts?

I have the exact same issue with my HP Office Jet 6975 except it’s the black ink that doesn’t print. I cleaned the print head once then attempted to do it again and I got the message that it was unsuccessful and for me to go to HP support. But the weird thing is, it won’t print when I try to print in black only but I tried printing in the color option and it printed both black and color just fine! And just like you, when the alignment page prints, only the color part shows up, no black at all. Same with all other reports. Ugh! I have done everything I can find to do. Very frustrating!
